Update May 2019 - Worzzler will soon be released as DonationWare in the coming weeks.  The way it will work is the game will be released for free, and if you want to donate to Elenesski, there will be a way to send Elenesski a donation.

Buy registration code

When you buy WORZZLER, you get a registration code and one or more licenses for a specific PC or Mac computer, referred to as an "activation".  

Each activation is for a specific PC or Mac computer.  We use a unique non-identifying hardware code, that once it's assigned, cannot be unassigned or transferred to another machine.  For this reason, you may want to consider more than one activation when you buy Worzzler for the first time.  

Note: In the future, you will also be able buy the product though STEAM, Apple AppStore, for iOS or Android.  These give you unlimited activations.

Assignment of your specific hardware identifier to the registration code, takes place when start "Manage Topics" on under 'New Match' in Worzzler.  The registration code is tested in our database, and if valid, Worzzler will show a menu you can navigate to download new topics, and open the Custom URL section.  If it is invalid you receive an error message, see next section on this page.

registration errors

Any registration code can be entered into the Register filed, and it is validated when it is sent to our website.  You will get a popup dialog if there is an issue with your connection.  If no popup appears, and no menu is visible, then you will get a single grey button with one of the following messages.

• Invalid Game Key, verify the code before trying again. 
  • This means the game key you entered in the "Register" area of the main menu was incorrect.  Please make sure your key is enter correctly.  To avoid confusion, we do not use quotes, spaces, the letter I or the letter O in our keys.  KEY format is:
    • ​PREFIX-###-XXX-###
      
    • Where Prefix is 3-8 character/numbers in length.
      
• No activations remaining. ## activations allowed. 
  • Each license has a fixed number of activations.  See the chart above for more information.
• Unauthorized Game Key. 
  • This is a game key that had been previously issued, but has been deactivated by the system.  This can occur for a number of different reasons, but the most frequent reason is the theft of a game key from our servers or our partner's servers.
• Invalid Activation.
  • This is similar to an unauthorized game key, but we can deactivate an individual activation.  This doesn't occur often.
• Unauthorized. 
  • A hacking attempt was thwarted.  This occurs when attempting to hack our API outside of the game.
• Unauthorized IP.
  • Too many hacking attempts were detected, and this IP address has been marked as unauthorized.  This means you will not be allowed to download topics from our website.
